Graduate of Princeton University and Cornell University Law School.

Prior Experience

Prior to joining the firm, spent over 30 years as a trial attorney for the Justice Department.

Litigation Practice

Principally involved in the litigation needs of the firm’s clients.

At the Justice Department, litigated cases throughout the United States and in federal and state court.

Professional Involvements

Is or has been a member of the American Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar Association and the Bar Association of the District of Columbia. Bar Association memberships and Sections of those Associations of which he is or has been a member include the American Bar Association – Forum on Entertainment and Sports Industries and Litigation.

Industry Memberships

Industry memberships have included the Washington, DC division of Women in Film and Video.

Civic and Community Involvements

A documentary filmmaking company, Tiger Paw Productions, LLC. One of the efforts of the company has been and continues to be a documentary involving the need to provide access to housing by people with disabilities.

Has also been an advisor to a Virginia organization that assists people with mobility disabilities in finding accessible housing and has served on a committee with a citizens association that is seeking to assure that the entire community is open to people with disabilities.

Former Vice President and Events Chair of the Princeton (University) Club in a particular city and Vice President of his Princeton University Class. He is also a member of the Princeton Prize for Race Relations Committee.

Has been a screener for the American Film Institute Silver Spring, Maryland Film Festival, and a Talent Escort for the Kennedy Center Honors.

Governmental Service

Governmental services has included the Justice Department, serving as an AmeriCorps VISTA volunteer as an advisor to small African American business owners in the Cleveland, Ohio area.
